This role reports to our Recruitment Manager and is an essential member of Reece’s People Experience Division.

**About the Role**

Forming part of the Reece Group Australia & New Zealand Recruitment team, the Recruitment Coordinator will provide administrative support across all steps of the recruitment cycle to create a sustainable talent pipeline.

This position will support and enable the best performance of the department to achieve the company vision and successfully implement the Greatness + Growth strategy sourcing the best talent for the Reece Group.

**What can you expect**
- Coordinating and sourcing temporary and casual employees / casual and temporary conversions
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and utilisation of best practise sourcing strategies to attract external talent to the business (eg Advertising / Social Media platforms)
- Be the super user for the HRIS (Workday)
- Manage the administration of weekly recruitment reporting

**About You**

A genuine interest and excitement for recruitment you currently hold a similar role supporting a Recruitment team in a dynamic, fast paced organisation.

You will be able to form strong working relationships quickly and use your attention to detail, customer service and sense of urgency to inspire trust and confidence in your actions and capabilities.
