T his role reports to our Recruitment Lead - Operations and is an essential member of Reece’s People Experience Division.

Please note this role will be based in Cremorne, Melbourne from our Works building (head office). We support hybrid work conditions with the expectation of working three days at Cremorne each week.

**The Role**

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the delivery of recruitment services and support to our Operations (Branch Network) function and will collaborate with the broader recruitment team on larger campaigns and recruitment projects.

Managing the end - to - end recruitment process, you will provide exceptional consulting and advisory support to the business and hiring manager s, sharing your knowledge and capabilities in recruitment.

As part of our awesome team, you will also drive consistency in the use of policy, process and systems utilisation and ensure compliance with internal practices.

We are looking for someone who gets e nergised from seek ing to identify opportunities for process and service improvement, taking initiative and driving the required changes to ensure we are always at our best.

**Your background**

You will have experience in a high volume and fast paced r ecruitment environment, or ideally currently work within our Branch Network with recruitment responsibility.
