We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Dispatch Team at our Edinburgh North production facility. We are a hands-on team providing administrative support to the Logistics Department, including Delivery Drivers, Pickers/Packers and Management.

This is a full time role commencing at 9.00am Monday - Friday with the flexibility to provide leave coverage from 4.30 am when required.

**Your responsibilities (not limited to)**:

- Collating and processing of delivery documents
- Data entry of delivery scheduling and order information
- Liaise with customers regarding their deliveries and orders
- General ad hoc administration duties

**To achieve success in this role, you will need**:

- Previous experience in a logistics or similar industry
- High level data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Forklift licence an advantage
