We are currently partnering with a growing commercial and residential property organisation to find their next marketing coordinator. This position will be varied and will take on the responsibility of marketing the residential and commercial properties through social media, and print.

**Duties will include**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Managers on each development
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the relevant social media accounts including paid advertising
- Large amounts of content creation including press releases, social posts, EDMs, brochures
- Video creation - including filming and editing
- Creation of stories on various projects
- Attending site visits, meeting with stakeholders

**Who we are looking for**:

- Event planning and co-ordination experience
- Experience in budget management & reporting
- Knowledge of social media and some digital marketing
- Ability to update websites through CMS
- Previous stakeholder management
- A keen eye for detail and to bring your ideas to the team
- An interest in construction, property and/or real estate
- Ready to take on different projects and possibly change direction at a drop of a hat
