**Job Description: Marketing Associate (Part-Time)**

**About Morale Care**:
Morale Care is a leading provider of disability and community care services, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.

**Job Role**:
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting Morale Care's services and increasing brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Digital Marketing**:

- Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Creating engaging content (blog posts, articles, infographics)
- Implementing SEO and PPC strategies
- **Branding and Marketing Materials**:

- Developing marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters)
- Designing promotional materials
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Organizing and attending industry events and conferences
- Coordinating promotional activities and campaigns
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience in social media management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Working Hours**:

- Part-time role, 3-4 days per week
- Requires 50% travel to various locations

Pay: $46,224.66 - $82,034.60 per year
