We are a fast paced and fast growing company with 2,000 holiday properties under management in some of Australia’s most loved and iconic holiday destinations stretching from Magnetic Island to the north to the Great Ocean Road in the south, along with 13 hotels in metropolitan and regional QLD and NSW.

**The job**

In addition to this, you’ll become familiar with direct response copywriting, content marketing, graphic design and data-driven reporting. This is a perfect role for a keen marketer who wants to bring their own personal style to drive reasons for travel across our geographically diverse and expanding network of Hotels, Resorts and Short-Term Holiday Rental properties.

**You Will Have**
- A university degree or equivalent tertiary education
- At least 1-2 years of marketing experience
- Experience managing social media pages including page admin, copy writing, image and video editing, posting and performance metric review across Facebook and Instagram
- LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta and Google Ads experience is highly desirable
- Skills in Adobe Creative suite would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A willingness to learn and grow within this fast-paced, growing company

**Responsibilities**
- Manage owned social media channel posts including content curation and creation of social posts
- Monitor and manage posts for social media accounts and across paid advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google Ads etc.)
- Implement brand growth strategies to increase social engagement
- Monitor owned and paid media performance metrics and analytics to ensure performance benchmarks are achieved
- Utilise organisational systems to ensure best practice accuracy, transparency and achievement of deadlines
- Work with Marketing Manager to aid in delivery of KPIs
- Liaise with internal and external agencies, creative, team members, industry bodies, partners to deliver assets, landing pages, campaigns

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
