**The Role**

We are seeking a proactive **Marketing Support** professional to assist in executing our marketing strategies and building our brand presence. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, creating content, managing social media, and supporting client engagement initiatives. Ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing, this role offers growth opportunities within an innovative team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Assist with creating and editing marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and website updates.
- **Social Media Management**: Support social media activities by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and assisting in growing our online presence.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to support marketing initiatives, staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Client Engagement**: Assist in managing client communications, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track campaign performance, analyzing results to support future marketing strategies.
- A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing or support role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
