**Marketing Coordinator - 2 Days - Preston Location**

Mobility Access Modifications is a company that specializes in modifying homes for the elderly and mobility impaired. We have over 21 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is looking to work 2 days a week, Preston Location, 8am to 4pm.

We have an opening within one of our departments and are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with previous experience managing multiple marketing projects and improving system work-flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively develop and implement marketing strategies such as mail chip newsletters, events, advertising campaigns.
- Manage and update our website with current inventory, promotions, and relevant content to improve customer engagement and drive sales.
- Design and produce graphic content for various marketing materials.
- Responsible for creating marketing surveys for our customers and clients.
- Develop market research studies by collecting, analysing and interpreting data.
- Explore and manage promotional video’s that promotes our products and services.
- Social media management by managing content and interactions on all our social media accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Oversee and manage marketing documentation to ensure a smooth running administration of the role.
- Proactively address and resolve marketing queries, ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
- Organize and attend promotional events and sales exhibitions as needed.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a marketing role.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience in using Canva or similar design tools for marketing purposes.
- Proven experience developing and handling mail chip newsletters.
- Proficient in developing and handling mail chip newsletters.
- Updating company websites with marketing information.
- Proven experience in market research data.
- Ability to work with promotional videos.
- Proven record of good time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
- System savvy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and following up skills.
- Positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Quick minded to juggle multiple tasks at once, work well under pressure and think on your feet.
- Self starter and ability to multitask, prioritise and influence outcomes.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 18 per week
