We are going through an expansion currently and are on the lookout for a **Sales Executive** on a Full time basis.

**What will you do**:

- Business Development for the Corporate & MICE market
- Attend sales calls, trade shows and meetings to proactively sell the hotel
- Work proactively to meet targets and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify and develop a pipeline of new opportunities
- Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients, maximizing on every opportunity across all markets
- Pro-active sales focus to maximize leads & opportunities
- Research and define new revenue generating niche markets
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products & promote relevant benefits
- Liaise with all local tourism bodies from the region as the secondary point of sales & marketing contact
- Provide our Director of Sales and Marketing with a monthly schedule of planned activities including pipeline business being targeted within region
- Provide any client feedback/comments relating to the product & service to Director of Sales and Marketing

- Proven sales experience within the hotel market or similar
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and colleagues
- Driven to achieve results and deliver luxury experiences for our guests
- Exceptional relationship management
- A proactive approach to securing business
