- We are looking for a Music School Coordinator/retail assistant for our small business in the Musical Instrument and tuition market._
- The School Coordinator will report to the Store Manager and will be responsible for music school administration including:_
- _Keep the school schedule up to date and organized._
- _Assist in finding new tutors when needed_
- _maintaining records, including student forms and tutor invoices._
- _Assist in the organisation of yearly school concert_
- _Serve customers with enthusiasm and always keep an ear out for potential sales_
- _Ordering any sheet music and educational materials that teachers require_
- The job will be part time, with hours to be worked between 2pm and 8pm Monday to Wednesday and 10am-4pm Saturday._
- Successful applicants must have:_
- _sufficient skills on guitar to be able to demonstrate instruments in the shop_
- _experience with Excel, Outlook and Google Drive_
- _strong communication and interpersonal skills_
- _strong organisational skills and attention to detail._

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All Customers and staff are required to wear a mask and be fully vaccinated. All rooms are cleaned and sanitised daily. All customers are required to sanitise hands and all students are temperature checked upon entry.

**Experience**:

- Guitar playing: 3 years (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
