
Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role will manage the internal recruitment function at SPP and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained in line with current and future pipeline of projects.
You will recruit permanent Consulting staff across all levels of experience as well as experienced short term Contractors for specific projects. This role offers a wide breadth of responsibilities from volume screening to head-hunting/search and ongoing relationship management with universities, contractors and alumni.
**Responsibilities**
- Proactively identifying, targeting, and building relationships with talent
- Support Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Support the business by providing advice, implementing programs and activities to ensure best practice
- Ongoing efforts to build and maintain a talent pool of Contractors and keep them informed of upcoming opportunities as appropriate
- Coordinating the SPP internship program(s) to ensure interns are highly engaged with project work and the program(s) provide a strong pipeline of high calibre Graduate talent
- Support the onboarding and scheduling of training for new joiners
- Collaborate with the broader Corporate Services team across a range of activities, including contract management, staff promotions, retention, wellbeing and broader people & culture activities
- Provide detailed and timeline pipeline report and recruitment metrics to the Partners
- Building alumni network through the digital community and in person functions.
- Solid background within internal Talent Acquisition, with end-to-end recruitment delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience. Professional or financial services environment would be an advantage.
- Exposure to managing recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated understanding of the Australian labour marketing, including current and emerging trends
- Well-developed commercial skills with the environmental knowledge and commercial acumen to develop and implement new initiatives.
- Strong experience working effectively with an ATS and talent sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc
