**Your new team**
The Mid Risk investments group incorporates real asset portfolios across Infrastructure, Property and Private Credit. The Infrastructure Portfolio Strategy involves the ongoing pursuit, acquisition, and management of the Fund’s infrastructure investments, both direct and held via Funds.
**Your new role**
As a Team Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the incumbent Team Coordinator to provide professional support to the to the Mid Risk Team within the Investment Department and will report to the applicable Head of. You will be responsible for establishing an effective relationship with all team members to ensure all administrative matters are managed efficiently and to facilitate the smooth running of the team.
**Key Duties**
- Primary responsibility for administrative support to the Heads of two teams within the Mid Risk team.
- Providing support to the Non-Executive Directors and Senior Advisors Program (e.g. travel arrangements, diary management, event planning and logistics support).
- Work closely with the other Team Coordinators in Mid Risk to provide a consistent level of coordination across the Mid Risk Team.
- Coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders for the broader Mid Risk team.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparation of presentation, formatting of Board papers, and the organisation of booking meeting rooms, catering and conferences.
- Maintain office filing systems and file registers including the management of CRM and meeting notes.

**You'll Need**
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities specified time frames.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a senior executives office and administrative staff, co-ordinate tasks, set priorities and operate independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
- Previous experience in supporting senior stakeholders or a large team
