Small family-based demolition company based in Campbellfield. This role requires helping the team in various aspects of the business. This is a Full time roll - generally 9-5pm 5 days a week. This roll requires - reception duties, accounts payable/ receivable, payroll, BAS preparation, general ledger, invoicing
**Qualifications & experience**
Must have a 2+ years of experience in XERO and accounts
Customer service
- answering of telephone
- answering enquires
Accounts Payable
- entering invoice
- ensuring entries are precise / correct
- reconciling accounts
- presenting management with reconciled accounts
- pay accounts
Accounts receivable
- order entry
- issuing invoicing
- tracking incoming payments
Accounts / General Ledger
- maintaining asset register
- Bank Reconciliations
- inventory control
- BAS preparations
- Superannuation
Experience is a must
Must demonstrate experience in XERO
Must have good customer service skills
Must be willing to work independently and apart of a team
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
