Are you a highly skilled training professional with experience in RTO compliance or maritime training? Our State Government Department is seeking a motivated and experienced AO7 Training Lead to join our team on a contract basis until 31st March, with the potential for extension.

Position Overview:
As the AO7 Training Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our training initiatives. Your expertise in RTO compliance or maritime training will be vital in maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and achieving exceptional training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of trainers and compliance experts, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Ensure strict compliance with RTO standards, industry regulations, and government requirements.
- Design and implement customized training programs aligned with industry needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish strong partnerships and stay informed about emerging trends and best practices.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness, making improvements where necessary.
- Manage budgets efficiently to deliver cost-effective training solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Significant experience in RTO compliance or maritime training.
- Proven leadership abilities and a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of training compliance and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Government experience is highly desired
