Our workforce is diverse, professional, and united by a commitment to the values of Professional, Ethical, and Respectful. Translate complex reform initiatives into accessible, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
Support business readiness and change resilience through targeted engagement strategies.
Advise senior leaders on communication risks, opportunities, and progress.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the PMO and broader CCSO division.
About You
You are a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling and stakeholder engagement. You bring:
Proven experience in developing and delivering communication strategies within large-scale projects or programs.
High-level knowledge of contemporary communication and engagement frameworks.
Strong understanding of project management, change management, and business integration.
Ability to translate complex change into effective communication products.
Exceptional written communication skills, with experience producing a range of collateral from formal reports to digital content.
Experience in justice or human services environments is highly regarded.
Qualifications in communication, change management, project management, or human services are highly desirable.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a high-performing team driving meaningful reform in the justice system.
Work in a values-driven organisation committed to community safety and rehabilitation.
Enjoy flexible work arrangements, professional development, and career progression opportunities.
