We are seeking an experienced full time Security Manager to join our energetic and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing and co-ordinating operations on site for one of our global tech clients, based at a central Sydney corporate headquarters.

**To be considered for this role, you can expect the following**:
**Key Responsibilities include**
- Patrolling and guarding
- Lead the onsite security team to ensure operational excellence in the deployed area of responsibility
- Work closely with regional and country security leaders to ensure operational excellence
- Ability to provide guidance to Security Officers or other colleagues
- Provide supervision of security teams
- Operate and monitor security and safety systems
- Incident Reporting

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven two years experience working as a Security Manager
- Proven experience in leading, supporting and developing teams
- Current 1ACE Security Licence (required), 2A Security Licence (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Ability to use modern technology (computers/laptops, smart phones, two-way radios etc)
- Project management skills
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
