We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-driven professional who will drive our offline marketing strategy in Australia. Reporting to the Senior Global Offline Marketing Manager you will also work closely with the wider Marketing Team, Product Team, Sales Team, Analyst Team and External Agencies/Suppliers.
With a strong experience in consumer offline marketing, you will drive the delivery of multi-channel offline campaigns in the Australian market.
You can expect a fast-paced and creative environment where you can make a real impact for both the business and its customer base.
As an Offline expert you will continue to develop your knowledge of new channels and techniques to strive to keep ahead an uncover new ways to communicate with our customers.
You are well versed with the delivery of continuous test and learn strategies and are continuously seeking ways to improve performance. Analysis of results and data led decision making is key to this role to help us test and learn at speed sifting out the wins from the fails and continually optimising.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Own and manage the Offline Marketing Campaigns (Press, TV Direct Mail & PR) and Budgets.
- Collaboration with external agencies/suppliers and internal teams to produce campaign strategies.
- Continuously look for ways to test and optimise campaigns to maximise potential and increase ROI.
- Identify opportunities and recommend innovation across all offline channels.
- Relationship management of external agencies/suppliers to increase performance and cost efficiencies.
- X-channel collaboration to increase offline awareness through digital channels.
- Drive improved campaign performance by coordinating the product and offer selection.
- Drive and grow customer retention and acquisition.
- Deliver campaign performance metrics reporting on ROI and recommend ways to drive improvement.
**Our requirements**:
- Experience in Offline Marketing & Campaign Management is Essential.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the Australian Market.
- Knowledge of best-practices in offline marketing and optimizing the channel mix for ROI.
- Proven success in delivering and influencing business growth rough cross-channel campaigns (Press, DM, TV & PR) with a clear view on KPI’s and what success looks like.
- Results driven and will use such data to guide decisions.
- Eager to drive continuous test & learn across campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding the cruise industry would be a bonus but not essential.
- Experience of using analytical tools.
