We are looking for a passionate and driven National Account Manager to take the reins in elevating an iconic brand within the health and pharmacy landscape. You will lead the charge in fostering relationships with key distributors and major retail accounts, both in the online and offline realms.

This is a full time role with hybrid flexibility based on the Gold Coast, great remuneration package + bonus

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage overall margin attainment for the category range, help team attain large promotional sales that still hold good margin
- Identify and build out key retailer relationships with current ranging.
- Deliver against assigned channel financial targets including NSV within trade investment targets and gross profit, by implementing the most optimized promotional program to deliver appropriate growth
- Develop, coordinate and execute the national promotional program for assigned accounts and ensure alignment from the marketing program through to execution.
- Leverage Co-Op and marketing funds to maximise brand exposure across various press (news, catalogue, online).
- Promotional planning around eCommerce platforms.
- Promotional planning and management of Major retailers Australia & New Zealand.
- Manage the business units' trade spend, ensure appropriate ROI of promotions and determine most efficient investment vs return. Complete monthly review of trade spend, including accruals for all assigned distribution and direct accounts.
- Preparing analysis of accounts, opportunities, and promotional programmes for decisions papers when required.
- Become a champion of key systems within the business including Power BI, and scan data portals.
- Responsibility for an accurate rolling forecast based on relevant data for all assigned accounts.
- Responsible for seeking out and driving new profitable business opportunities in the form of new accounts, increased ranging and distribution within current accounts, white label opportunities etc.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Previous FMCG experience with strong sales and influencing skills
- Sound product knowledge
- Strong financial management skills. Budgeting and forecasting skills
- Knowledge of the Pharmacy and Health & Wellness channels
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of category management principles
- Ability to analysis and distil data for decision making purposes
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Have the ability to identify customers’ needs and build relationships
- Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously whilst being part of a team
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to negotiate, problem solve and collaborate cross-functionally
- Comfortable in the use of CRM, excel, smart phone and tablet devices
- Excellent time management skills
