**About you**
You could be currently or formerly involved in the aluminium window industry as a estimator, production coordinator, tradesperson or sales person looking for an office-based customer focused support role.

**About the Role**

While the position is ideally suited to somebody with experience in the manufacture and estimation of windows and doors, training will be provided and you will be fully supported as part of a team with extensive industry knowledge.

**Key Tasks**:

- answer helpdesk enquiries and provide support on software issues
- record customer activity in databases
- coordinate documentation and installation packs for new users
- perform online customer training
- develop knowledge of the software programs and associated databases to provide development assistance in the future
- other tasks as required.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical, problem-solving capabilities, and administration skills
- Computer literacy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Effective time management skills with ability to establish routines and observe deadlines
- Professional attitude with a high level of personal presentation.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in V6, Logikal or similar estimating packages
- Programming or database development experience
- Understanding of the building industry and or associated industries
- Experience in the estimation and manufacture of windows and doors
- Basic strategic planning skills.
