**Your role**

As Recruitment Coordinator / HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- End to end recruitment activities including contract issue and on-boarding.
- Collaboration with managers to understand sourcing requirements.
- Support immigration lawyer in visa documentation preparation for overseas applicants.
- Back up payroll administration (from time-to-time) to cover periods of leave. Training will be provided in this regard.
- Support Group HRM in company initiatives and other administrative tasks as deemed necessary.

**To be successful, you will possess the following**:

- Ability to multi-task, you will be well-versed in all components of recruitment.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- High levels written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Expr3ss software or similar recruitment program is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Genuine willingness to learn and to take ownership of role - must have the ability to manage priorities and provide support to the team.
