**About the Company**

Capral is Australia’s largest extruder and a leading distributor of aluminium products. With around 1000 employees spread across the nation in manufacturing plants, distribution centres and offices, we offer great variety and room for movement.

**About the Role**

This role will be responsible for collections and reduction of bad debts and general reception duties.

**Tasks**:

- Undertake general reception duties
- Contact overdue and delinquent accounts
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for customer receipts
- Release orders
- Payment allocations
- Review credit limits and provide recommendations
- Assist with monthly reports
- Provide support for customer disputes and credit requests
- Other general office duties / team / office support as required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Must be team focused, honest and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.**
