Position Summary

The ANZ Product Management team is responsible for driving content portfolio planning and analysis for the region's product portfolio. The team ensures that R&D investment aligns with commercial goals and manages content lifecycles and the commercialization of the product portfolio, including launch, sales enablement, and commercial strategies.

As a member of the Product Management Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the team to fulfill its core functions within the business. This entry-level position offers training in our products, business practices, and the gaming industry. Initially, the role will support and assist senior team members in executing key deliverables. Over time, the role will take on more responsibility for routine outputs and special projects, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Management Team support- Participate in the various aspects of product management - strategy & planning, product development and sales enablement- Assist senior team members with preparing and planning routine tasks and special projects (e.g. weekly/monthly reports, coordinating meetings, preparing presentation materials).- Aid in developing and managing key reports, department updates and collecting market data.- Coordinate team meetings and events.- Conduct market research (e.g. online or field visits) as required.

Communications- Manage new product documentation in collaboration with game development studios- Preparation of product presentations and sales training collateral- Cooridinate product training sessions under the direction of senior team members- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Order Administration teams for the purposes of briefing about new products.

Product Development- Learn about the processes and strategies of product development within the Organisation- Monitor and report on development cycles and provide updates to Sales & Finance- Evaluate products in the field and formulate strategies to optimize products performance.- Provide market insights to internal teams

Go to Market- Assist in planning and preparation of product commercialization including pre-launch coordination with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.- Collaborate with Marketing team and external customers to assist new product deployment- Supports creation of product release and educative materials

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Self-directed, highly motivated, thorough and accurate- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team- Analytical and problem solving abilities- Systematic and methodical abilities to reach a desired result- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Ability to build relationships with colleagues & customers at all levels- Can communicate technically complex ideas clearly

Experience, Education and Qualification:
Training and/or Experience:
- Experience or knowledge of Product Management principles and function- Whilst not a pre-requisite, exposure to the gaming industry or prior experience in a club, hotel or casino environment will be favourable

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
