**Your new role**

As an EL1 Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse range of programs within the agency. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with government guidelines and standards. With your exceptional analytical skills and strategic mindset, you will drive the successful delivery of programs, while effectively managing stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse complex information and data sets to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external partners.
