Due to an increase in workload they are seeking an EL1 Program Manager to join their team to help keep the program moving through.

**Your new role**

You will be brought on to support the team in the management, delivery and review of current and future of programs aimed at young families. This will include overseeing of current program implementation as well as strategic development and stakeholder management. Within this fast-paced team, you will be required to provide timely action of ministerial correspondence and coordination tasks, and be able to adapt to projects and tasks as they arise. Managing contracts goes hand in hand with program management, and you will be required to management an external contract, however will not be you main duty. As you will be engaging and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders well-developed communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships are a must.

To succeed in this role, you will be a high-performing individual with demonstrated professional experience working as a program officer, with the ability to confidently communicate to varying stakeholders. As well as this, you will have:

- Ability to oversee management of contracts
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal staff, senior executives and external stakeholders
- Established experience with developing strategic written and oral communication.
- Program or project management experience is a must
- Autonomy and adaptability to perform in a fast moving and ever-changing work environment
