About the Role
If you love customer service we want you to join our rapidly growing team in a role where you can make a difference. You will be working in a fast paced call center and a rewarding environment where we recognize our top performers. If you are motivated and want to build your career then this role is for you.
In this role, you will be chatting with our customers making sure they have all the information they need, feel they are being heard and actions are being taken. Think of it as making a 5-minute friend every 5 minutes. You will be a peacemaker. A quick thinker. You will thrive on solving the tricky stuff. You'll know your way around a computer. You will think inside and outside of the box.

Key Details
- Working on behalf of Team Global Express
- This role is full time, commencing on 24th October
- You will initially be on 2 month contract.
- Located 5 minutes walk from Mascot train station
- 2 weeks paid training
