Karmo offers new car subscriptions that adapt for our client’s needs. There is a position available with our Mascot team available to the right person who may be looking for a change in their career or wanting to progress one.

**The Role**
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver a great customer experience to every Karmo customer
- Onboard new customers and arrange vehicle pickups, swaps and hand backs
- Manage/convert phone and online enquiries
- Maintain customer details in our database
- Respond to customer queries and provide ongoing support
- Assist the regional manager to enhance the performance of the business
**Skills and Experience**
- Positive attitude towards building quality customer relationships
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational skills
- Excited about helping people get into a new car
- Sound computer skills
- Current driver’s license
- Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, car rental, customer management or service delivery will be considered a plus but not essential
As part of our process, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including police and medical checks.

**Salary**: $52,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- No weekends
