Head of Partnering

Salary - $140,000 AUD plus Sales Incentive Scheme

Location - Melbourne or Sydney

The Head of Partnering will be responsible to contribute to development and execution of the divisional Blueprint and annual plans. Manage and execute the growth strategy and achieve agreed sales targets in allocated market

The Role
- Manages the planning and delivery of the division’s regional sales strategy, ensures targets align with the
- Manages the regional sales function, and any related functions, as assigned, and delivers outcomes and achieves sales targets.
- Consistently drives revenue growth, surpassing set financial targets and maximising profitability.
- Adapts to changing market conditions and business environments company goals, executes actions and monitors performance and achievement.
- Ensures accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting which supports strategic decision-making.
- Maintains accountability for meeting and exceeding sales KPIs, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction
- Identifies, builds, and nurtures relationships with both new and existing customers which drives business growth.
- Works alongside the Director to implement a regional customer relationship strategy that balances new business development with retention and expansion of current accounts.
- Analyses the allocated market and identifies opportunities and threats.
- Manages or contributes to commercial negotiations in the allocated region.
- Ensures full compliance with the proper use and deployment of approved group tools and systems, such as Zoho, and takes decisive and necessary actions to prevent the use of unauthorised tools in the business.

**Requirements**:
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor or Equivalent in relevant field or extensive experience
- Understanding of the allocated market, including cultural nuances, economic conditions, and regulatory environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market forecasts, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in implementing sales strategies tailored to the allocated regions
- Proven experience in leading regional sales teams, managing multicultural teams, and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrable history of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and partnerships.
- Ability to develop comprehensive sales plans to meet targets.
- Flexibility to adapt sales techniques to different cultural and market conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate sales teams.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
