The role The Head of Strategic Partner Alliances is responsible for increasing Logicalis Australia’s market awareness within the channel ecosystem, ensuring continued alignment of our strategy with that of our key strategic partners, ensuring we achieve or exceed planned revenue growth and profit targets within each of them. The Head of Strategic Partner Alliances is required to identify new partner relationships and maintain productive and effective relationships with existing partners, operating within our strategic partner alliance program, which you will help to maintain ongoing. You will need to think and act strategically in retaining and growing existing and new partners nationally. **Requirements**: You will - Assist in developing the alliances strategy with our National Practice Leads and National Sales Manager. - Strategise and plan with the marketing team on partner marketing and sales enablement programs and incentives, in line with key Logicalis Australia objectives. - Achieve or exceed agreed partner business targets through planning and implementation of effective campaigns and engagement across the sales business. - Own the tiered partnering and governance framework designed for alignment, execution, and performance governance of key partners, which will facilitate and lead to effective and profitable partnering in delivering on the Logicalis Australia strategy. - Leading our Strategic Partner Engagement Managers, currently Dell, Cisco and Microsoft to assist in meeting performance metrics, campaigns and ongoing sales enablement. - A passion for sales and technology and a drive to succeed and help the company’s growth. - A proven ability to build strong relationships with partners. - Have proven success and experience in Business to Business (B2B), channel management with medium-large organisations. **Benefits** **What's in it for you?** As a valued and respected member of the Logicalis Australia team, you will enjoy several benefits, such as: - _Supportive team environment: _Confidential pulse checks tell us we are known for being "Unselfish with knowledge", "Flexible and Diverse" and "Give a shout-out and there will always be help" - _Pick your own adventure: _Our people have moved from Helpdesk to Cloud-Engineering; Admin to Project/Program Management; Project Management to Product Development.
