About the role:
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of People Partnering works with the Senior Operations leaders to build field and restaurant organisational and people capabilities, leads a team of People Partners and work with other P&C Leaders to execute on the people plan.
The Head of People Partnering works alongside the CPO to develop the People strategy to deliver against business objectives, and then works alongside the Senior Operations Leadership team to deliver the plan. They ensure the delivery of the strategy through strong stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, influence and decision-making.
Key aspects to this role are:
- Strategically partner with the operations team to deliver organisational objectives in line with the People Plan.- Lead and develop a team of five People Partners across ANZ.- Provide advice, coaching and guidance to field leaders, including in leadership meetings, workshops and forums.- Partner with leaders and People Partners to build effective talent pathways through talent identification, workforce planning and succession planning.- Work with leaders and People Partners to ensure Employee Relations matters are dealt with promptly and appropriately- Provide expertise with any people related change management processes.- Oversee any matters that have been referred to the Fair Work Commission and any Personal Grievances in NZ.- Work with People Operations team to effectively deliver key cyclical people activities including; the performance and remuneration processes, talent and succession reviews and engagement action planning- Work with the Safety, Health and Wellbeing Manager to champion a physically and psychologically safe workplace culture.
What you will bring:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent, alongside a good understanding of employment law- Experience in leading teams, ideally in a multi-side business- Skilled stakeholder manager, able to engage and influence across a range of levels- Be passionate about a fair employee relations process- Creative and innovative, finding new ways of doing things with a focus on simplicity- Ability to travel interstate and to NZ as required at times
