Position Title**:Learning Partner

Purpose

This role requires someone with extensive learning partner and design experience who enjoys problem solving, thinks outside the box, builds strong relationships, will lean in to all aspects of project management and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. This role has the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders and be part of transforming how we think about learning and education at Healthscope.

Key Accountabilities

Improve Experiences:

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify learning goals and objectives and deliver compelling solutions to support this
- Design, develop and deliver engaging training programs and other learning activities aligned with the Healthscope Learning Strategy
- Review the current mandatory training and work with SMEs and content owners to update as required

Grow our Business:

- Design, develop and deliver a “wow” experience for our new employees
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop career pathways programs that attract and retain people
- Track, measure and report on the change, and track benefits

Capabilities for Success
- **Curriculum Management - **Define and maintain the non-clinical learning curriculum, in line with the Healthscope Learning Strategy
- **Content Management - **Working with content owners and SMEs, oversee the end-to-end definition, design, development, delivery and evaluations of learning programs, partnering with third party vendors where appropriate
- **Vendor Management - **Confirm project plans and budgets upfront with vendors, agreeing on quality outcomes and ensuring delivery to expectations
- **Learning Evaluation and Continuous Improvement - **Gather valid program insights and actionable data to determine continuous improvement opportunities across the clinical curriculum
- **Stakeholder Engagement - **Build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders to support the development of programs and influence change
- **Self-Leadership (no direct reports) -** Accountable for individual compliance with company values, policies and procedures and all applicable external laws and regulations

Experience for Success
- Experience working in a learning and development role, preferably as a Learning Partner, Learning Consultant or Instructional Designer
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders to develop differentiated solutions and influence positive change
- Measurement of success through development and delivery of regular reporting/data analysis
- Development of content using design or eLearning authoring tools (desirable)
- An understanding of the Australian Healthcare system and experience working with a healthcare provider (desirable)

Knowledge for Success
- Project management

- Learning design principles, eg ADDIE
- Familiarity with learning technologies, tools and platforms

Qualifications for Success

Desirable:

- Bachelor in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related discipline
