As an Aussie Home Loan Sales Associate, you’ll work primarily from our thriving Aussie store in **Surry Hills**. In this role, you’ll handle inbound enquiries and make outbound contact with leads to see if we can support them along their home loan journey.

**Key responsibilities of an Aussie Associate**:

- Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers’ calendars.
- Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
- Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and be part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.

**Qualifications** OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
To achieve success in this role, you will require:

- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
- A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
- Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise your earning potential.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Proximity to the store you’ll be working at
