**About this opportunity**:
The Sales & Service team is considered the face of Driva and is the first point of contact for customers. The team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers, and helping to maintain the awesome 5-star reputation that Driva continues to deliver on

The team is growing rapidly and looking to expand as one of the major operational teams of Driva. We are looking for people that want to be part of this growth phase

This entry level position will get you your start with Driva and a career within startups and tech/financial services and suits currently studying or recent graduates.

**In this role you will**:

- Have quality interactions with customers, ensuring that Driva’s value proposition is clearly understood and explained.
- Undertake mínimal outbound calls converting early stage customers through the Driva process.
- Work to monthly targets.
- Participate in our employee development program which will fast track your career.

**More about you**:

- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- 1+ year of Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work toward KPIs
- Motivated by providing a positive customer experience
- Energised approach to workload
- Ability to work autonomously whilst also being a part of a larger team
