Mortgage Broker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in identifying the mortgage products that best meet their needs.
- Provide personable, tailored, and trusted lending advice to clients.
- Assess client eligibility for lending.
- Complete loan calculations and assessment criteria for loan suitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other professionals to generate referrals.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders.
- Stay updated on lending guidelines, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and achieve target goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Officer.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and mortgage loan products.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone, in person, and in writing.
- Accurate and efficient data entry abilities.
- Outstanding client service skills.
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in financial services and lending is essential.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
