To us, giving back is the only way forward. We donate 10% of net profits from each rug sold to The Armadillo Foundation, the philanthropic arm of our business, which is dedicated to improving lives in underprivileged communities through education, health care and environmental initiatives.

**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Reporting to our National Retail Manager, this role will combine your proven sales track record and skills with your engaging, reliable and personable nature. More than just a sales team member, we are seeking someone that would like to join a culture that embraces sustainability, collaboration, quality customer experiences, fun, friendship and success.

Have a flair for Interior design? Every single day you will be able to consult with clients and give them styling advice. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a holistic customer experience where the client accesses fantastic sales associates that are also able to utilise a wealth of design knowledge.
- Representing the Armadillo brand appropriately at all times
- Providing considered design and decorating advice to all Sydney retail clients
- Maintaining Sydney showroom retail sampling process
- Providing quotes and following up on all enquires
- Providing after sales service where required
- Remaining abreast of protocols re stock and deliveries
- Ensuring the showroom is presented to company standards at all times
- Participating in and attending events and training, including off site, where required

**About You**
- You will have a related qualification in Interior Design or a true passion for styling
- You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and will have exceptional customer service skills to drive our growth
- Your always enthusiastic & forward thinking - keen to roll up your sleeves and jump straight in
- You frequently use your initiative to think about new ways to approach tasks and future work pipeline
- Team player - you know how to achieve a better result by working as a team collaboratively

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
