**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Coordinator, Digital Production to join Digital Business Solution, Administrative Division.

The Coordinator, Digital Production plays a key role in operational planning and ensuring that eMPS systems and processes are continuously refined to ensure continuous innovation. This role works closely with the Manager, eMedia Productions Services, QUT enterprise wide partners and students to coordinate tiered service support; promote high level production coordination and project management expertise; and support a variety of service delivery projects and productions. This role works as a team member within a workgroup of digital production professionals with diverse experiences in television, film, video, audio and multimedia digital production. The role works with team members to support professional and academic staff across multiple disciplines on departmental, divisional and university-wide digital production projects and objectives.

**About the area**

Digital Business Solution (DBS) sits within the Administrative Division and is responsible for providing support for staff and students across a range of information and technology services. DBS uses technology to create value for our students and customers through the portfolios of Learning and Teaching, Research and Innovation, and Professional Services. DBS embraces digital transformation as being fundamental to our service in supporting QUT’s aspirations outlined in Blueprint 6. Digital Business Solutions is responsible for a wide range of services in delivering and supporting digital solutions for QUT. DBS comprises 7 business units with dynamic knowledge and expertise that work collectively with the University’s Faculties, Institutes and Divisions to provide quality Digital Solutions and Services in support of both QUT’s Strategic Objectives and in core operations for learning and teaching, research and innovation and professional services.

**What you need to succeed**

1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree level qualification combined with relevant work related experience.

2. Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with a proven ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks with limited direction to meet deadlines and balance competing demands, including preparing project scopes of work for digital content creation and production activities.

5. Demonstrated digital literacy skills including Office 365 and Microsoft suite, electronic record management systems and other large corporate systems.

6. Demonstrated ability to display initiative, contribute new ideas, evaluate current systems and processes, and contribute to ongoing business continuity and improvements in the provision of customer focused services.

7. Demonstrated high level of customer-service focused communication skills, including negotiating and problem solving, ability to deliver trainings and make presentations to a diverse range of audiences and work across teams in a changing and flexible environment.

8. Demonstrated interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with, and provide excellent customer service to a diverse client group in a cross-cultural environment to achieve business outcomes and adapt to changing needs.
