Project management skills are a major plus, along with technical skills in WordPress, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Asana, and similar platforms.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee a range of client accounts and marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns
- Use analytics tools to assess and modify our campaigns
- Coordinate and project manage a wide variety of digital marketing projects
- Create briefs for tasks, assign work, and push to meet deadlines
- Take ownership of projects, troubleshoot technical issues along with being able to create eye-catching, engaging, and high-converting creatives

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or deep digital marketing experience
- Project Management and Coordination Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and market research skills

**Other Key Items**
- Have extremely high attention to detail, create high-quality work, have an ownership mindset and can take initiative
- Knowledge of CMS such as WordPress.
- Copywriting and copy editing skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of web analytics.
- Strong presentation skills.

This is a hybrid role with some face-to-face work in Brisbane combined with remote, flexible work.
