We're looking for a Tender and Communications Coordinator who can craft persuasive tenders, engaging proposals, and standout marketing content that drives growth and strengthens our brand presence.

Location: Brisbane CBD

Days: This role can be full-time (5 days) or part-time (3 days) per week for the right candidate

The Role

Working closely with business development and marketing teams, you'll take ownership of submissions, shape our communications, and play a pivotal role in positioning GRPS for success.

What you'll do:

  • Shape tenders and proposals that not only meet every requirement but set us apart from the competition.

  • Create marketing and communication pieces that cut through the noise and continue to contribute to the GRPS brand.

  • Partner with business development teams to turn opportunities into wins.

  • Shape content across digital and print, making the complex clear, compelling, and client-ready.

What we're looking for:

  • A sharp communicator with 4+ years' experience in tenders or proposals. Marketing experience is also desirable.

  • Someone who can blend commercial acumen with creative flair.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to influence with impact.

  • A confident project juggler who thrives on deadlines and details.
