**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and follow up on commercial quotes to meet customer needs and secure future business.
- Efficiently schedule Field Service Engineers to maximise productivity and profitability.
- Coordinate logistics and necessary documentation for field operations, including safety assessments.
- Maintain robust communication and operational standards within the service team.
**What a Typical Day Looks Like**:
- Reviewing and prioritising service requests each morning.
- Collaborating with team members to assess and plan field activities.
- Regular interaction with customers to provide updates and solicit feedback.
- Preparation and administration of service documentation and quotes.
- Conducting daily team briefings to ensure alignment with company objectives.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Essential**: Technical qualification in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or substantial relevant experience. Proficiency in service-related software and Microsoft Office.
- **Desirable**: Knowledge of valve actuators and digital control systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organisational and detail-focused abilities.
