Your Way" **About you** We are looking for a passionate career Legal Assistant who is eager to bring their experience and strong organisational skills to this role. You will have at least 3 years relevant experience from a law firm together with the motivation to take ownership of your next role and build long-term relationships with your key operators. A strong work ethic and attention to detail, the ability to manage conflicting priorities and keep on top of deadlines are some of the key qualities we are looking for, in addition to sound Microsoft Office and general IT skills. Although you may not have experience in an IP/IT practice, you will have excellent experience in other well regarded practices with a strong desire to learn new skills. **Your role** Supporting partners, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant looking for a role that will grow with them. This role is an integral part of this fun, growing, fast-paced and supportive team, and there will be other legal assistants and paralegals to lean on for extra support in both Sydney and Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include: - assisting in the maintenance of the firm's trade promotions portfolio - drafting documents and correspondence, including court documents - filing and file management - timesheet entry - monthly billing - arranging meetings and liaising with clients - other general administrative duties and support as required. **About us** Gadens is a leading, independent Australian law firm, with a clear vision and strategy for the future.
