Exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Legal Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded Law Firm based in Camberwell and become an integral member of a friendly, supportive and cohesive team.
**About the role...**
Supporting two Lawyers in Family Law you'll enjoy a busy and "hands on" role as well as the opportunity to take on additional paralegal responsibilities.
**Some of your duties will include, but not limited to;**
- diary management and arrange appointments/mediations
- draft general correspondence and prepare documents
- filing and indexing of original legal documents
- take telephone calls and assisting where appropriate
- draft, index and collate briefs to Counsel
- liaise with clients, Barristers and external parties
- undertake legal research
**Skills and experience we'd love...**
To secure this exceptional opportunity you will have at least 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant, family law preferred but not essential, together with;
- advanced MS office skills
- strong attention to detail
- the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- excellent inter-personal skills
