The Opportunity
We are looking for a Legal Projects Administrator to join our team on a full time or part-time basis.
In this role, you will be involved in the client onboarding experience including the preparation of client proposals and agreements. You will also have a wide range of legal project management duties such as managing a range of intellectual property deadlines, using our legal specific software to manage our IP matters, reviewing and processing incoming correspondence from various government bodies and a wide range of trade mark administration duties.
This is a client facing role, so the ability to interact with clients in a professional and approachable manner is essential. The right candidate will also need to be organised, be able to prioritise effectively and work well within a team environment. The Legal Projects Administrator works closely with the legal and trade mark teams and is involved in a number of business development duties projects.
As a broad understanding of IP legal concepts is required for this role, ongoing training (in-house and external seminars) will be provided.
This opportunity is ideal for a final year law student or recent graduate with administrative experience in a professional services industry. The position is a minimum of 30 hours a week.
