The Role

We are seeking an IP lawyer with at least 2 years relevant experience to join our well-established IP practice.

You will bring solid foundational experience in both advisory and contentious IP matters, coupled with excellent analytical, research, and communication skills. Collaboration is central to how we work, so the ability to thrive in a team environment is essential.

We value lawyers who set high standards for themselves—demonstrating exceptional client service, attention to detail, efficiency, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Clear and effective communication, both with clients and colleagues, is fundamental to success in this role.

The Firm

Actuate IP is a specialist IP firm servicing all aspects of intellectual property (trade marks, patents, designs, copyright, confidential information protection, commercialisation, and enforcement.  Trade marks are a particular core area at Actuate IP —from clearance searches and filing strategies to prosecution, dispute resolution and litigation.
