L'équipe élabore et met en œuvre les stratégies de marketing sports, décroche des recommandations et accords de licence et joue le rôle d'ambassadrice de Nike vis-à-vis de la communauté sportive internationale. Les relations qu'elle noue forment la base de la création de produits Nike : si Nike crée des produits exceptionnels, c'est parce que ses employés sont à l'écoute d'athlètes qui le sont tout autant.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As part of our Pacific Sports Marketing team, your role as the Sports Marketing Professional / Operations will aid in the delivery of the strategic plan for strengthening NIKE’s position across the Performance Sports portfolios. Implementing a tiered services strategy and operational excellence across the Business & Partners.

Reporting into the Director of Pacific Sports Marketing, the role will lead the Promo & Inline product process, inventory & order management systems and servicing. Covering several sports, potentially stretching into other dimensions such as Training / Dance, providing key support to the rest of the Sports Marketing team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
You will Execute the Sport Performance operational plan against the key dimensions across the Pacific Portfolio in partnership with the Professional Sports Marketing and Servicing leads. Enable the tiered servicing strategy and drive execution against the operational vision for serving athletes in a more holistic approach that helps them reach their potential & strengthens NIKE’s relationships.

Aligning resources and capabilities to serve our assets, you’ll enable and deliver industry leading service to our NIKE Athletes, Partners, Federations and Governing Bodies. Support product compliance while maximising the return on product investment for outside partners and NIKE. Ensure our athletes and product needs align against NIKE’s Purpose Offense, specifically around sustainability, community, diversity, and equality. Working collaboratively with our internal partners, understanding key styles & strategies, product initiatives and moments connected to Brand stories to maximise Brand impact, meeting our obligations from a product/service standpoint whilst aiding in the management of the DC/product budget.

Your role may also extend in helping Identify, contract, and serve athletes directly, in line with Pacific Sports Marketing long-term vision and strategy. Assisting with Athlete On-Boarding, Events and Leverage for the Sports Marketing team. As well as supporting with operational reporting and data analysis across product and also the sporting landscape.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
You will report to the Dir. Pacific Sports Marketing and work closely with the Professional Sports Marketing and Servicing leads. Additionally, you will work with the APLA Sports Marketing Operations, Servicing & Operations and Global Sports Apparel to ensure Sports Marketing efforts are in service of brand and business objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- 4+ years of experience in Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing or closely related field.
- Knowledge of local and international sports landscape and good understanding of NIKE products & Athletes, and why service is important.
- SAP experience is highly recommended, but not a prerequisite.
- Business and financial acumen; capability to execute strategies and drive financial plans.
- Demand, Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Forecast demand, Efficient in delivery of concepts, products, and experiences to our Athletes, Teams, Clubs & Federations.
- Be an effective inclusive team player & positive influence, with the ability to be professional in high-profile communications.
- Requirements include the ability to Travel, heavy lifting, driving (own car required), weekend and after-hours work.
