**Offline Marketing**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute offline marketing strategies, including networking events, trade shows, and local business partnerships.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and business cards.
- Coordinate with local chambers of commerce and other business organizations to promote the company.
- Cold phone calls to promote business and manage leads.

**Team Coordination**:

- Act as the liaison between clients and the development teams (IT, web, marketing).
- Ensure project deadlines are communicated and met by coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Manage daily project updates, timelines, and reports for both clients and team members.
- Organize team meetings and track action items.

**Administrative Work**:

- Handle day-to-day office operations including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and handling documentation.
- Assist in invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Support HR tasks like recruitment coordination, onboarding, and training for new team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in offline marketing, event planning, or public relations.
- Experience in project management or team coordination.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Prior experience in marketing or business coordination roles is a plus.

- Proactive problem solver.
- Multitasker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating between teams and clients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance, Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50,693.71 - $101,558.26 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
