**About the role**

Working for a sportswear brand supporting the sales teams out in the field, retail partners and affiliated sports teams.

**Duties**
- Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries, as necessary.
- Assist with the management and & support new business onboarding through account set up and go live.
- Provide operational support & point of contact assistance with key scale customers, in line with the defined account support matrix.
- Assist in the development and roll out of sales tools and platforms, to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
- Provide support to the sales team through the management of stock allocations, orderbook analysis, KPI tracking and reporting, and in + post seasonal analysis.
- Stock control support & analysis for customers including the tracking of sales out, promotional activities and monitoring customer level forecasts.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience of CRM systems incl AR21, SAP etc
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to engage with team, customers, management, and sales.
