**Risk Coordinator - Management and Risk**
Weare seeking to appoint a Risk Coordinator to work with the Legal Risk and Compliance Manager to support Russell Kennedy's risk management strategy across the firm.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Working with the Legal Risk and Compliance Manager to support RussellKennedy's risk management strategy across the firm, key responsibilities forthe role include the following:
- Coordinate the collection of information, updating of plans, follow up action items for Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001), Risk Management Plan and Business Continuity Plan
- Organise and coordinate committee meetings for the above including preparation of agendas, minute taking, preparation, collation and distribution of papers
- Review ISMS controls and policies and conduct gap analysis to identify areas that need improvement and recommend/implement updates and/or enhancements to align with best practice
- Lead the preparation for internal and external ISMS audits, ensuring preparations are in place for the audit process
- Coordinate follow up actions from internal and external ISMS audits
- Administer the ISMS calendar to ensure that scheduled activities, meetings, training, assessments and reviews are conducted on time
- Working with the Learning and Development team, monitor and track ISMS and risk related training completion, to ensure staff awareness is raised to build a risk-conscious culture within the firm
- Maintain all firm policies, coordinating with business owners for updates, ensuring in compliance with agreed format and approach
- Maintain internal contract databases and key dates register
- Manage and maintain risk-related data and documentation, and other risk related tasks as required
- Maintains cyber security at all times. Cultivate an awareness of security risks, stay informed of latest cyber threats, instil best cybersecurity practises and take practical steps to protect the firm and client from cyberattacks;
- Maintain positive relationships and promote a positive culture that embraces change and continuous improvement.
**Skills/ Knowledge**
- Demonstrated strong project and risk management experience
- Understanding of and/or interest in information security would be advantageous
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Understand project methodology and phases of project activity.
- Strong attention to detail, high level organisation skills and results-orientated approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
