**About them**:
CobaltBlue is an ASX listed, innovative mining and technology company that is committed to responsible cobalt production. The Company’s key focus is on scaling and commercialising their Broken Hill Cobalt Project into a long-life operation and a lead in the responsible mining and refining of cobalt, creating a future generation of opportunity and employment. There are additional initiatives in the pipeline that will identify and expand their overall asset portfolio over time.

**The Role**
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is key to the success of the project. In this role you will lead the design and engagement of the people plan for this unique project. The Broken Hill Cobalt Project is important to both the local community and the world as it transitions to green energy.

This is an opportunity to work with people who are passionate and committed to this Project, and a CEO who places a high value on the role of Human Resources within the organisation. Being a first-of-its-kind project in Australia, the business is supportive of doing things differently. Innovation is valued and this role will have creative license in how to build, engage, and connect with employees as the workforce grows. You will design the people framework and plan for the next three years, development and construction phase into the 20 year mine life. You will support each phase of the project covering; organisational structure, talent and attraction, people, local community workforce engagement, learning and development, and industrial relations. It is going to be a busy and hugely rewarding role that will have the capacity to develop a small team over time.

**About you**:
You love the build and have been looking for an opportunity to create and set up a business for success. You will have strategic HR management experience ideally in Mining/Technology/Processing or Construction/infrastructure and have supported a greenfield operation to production. Excellent understanding of industrial framework and workforce planning needed, and an interest in a broad remit encompassing wider business and community. This role needs a true team player to take it on - a pragmatic problem solver, passionate, and happy to roll your sleeves up. You will be capable designing and implementing strategies to equip the project with a workforce to move from construction into full operations.
