We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor who will be responsible for providing professional, timely and accurate human resource services and advise to the business to support the effective management of our people.

Start: Immediate start

Length: Permanent Role

Salary Range: $70,000- $80,000 + Super

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Partner with management, site leadership and employees to support them with HR-related issues.
- Provide advice on HR Policies and procedures, ER/IR matters, performance, and disciplinary issues
- Provide support in developing and implementing a variety of HR projects, plans and continuous.

**Experience Required**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent (degree or diploma) desired
- 2-4 years' experience in a HR Generalist role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
