Reporting to the Group Executive People and Culture and leading a team of two employees, the People and Culture Operations Lead will play a critical role in working with stakeholders to develop and deliver people plans to support the business with achievement of key objectives aligned to those strategic goals. You will drive projects and processes across areas of total rewards, performance management and talent management, whilst supporting organisational and people development and culture and change management initiatives. Providing advisory services and delivering tactical and strategic people management solutions, you will work across all areas that have a positive impact on the employee lifecycle, company culture and engagement.
An accomplished HR leader, you will have a proven track record of building and supporting a customer focused team, as well as experience delivering human resource outcomes in a large and diverse organisation. With relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related discipline, you will have experience in an operations lead or similar type role with strong project management skills and knowledge of current industrial relations legislation. With a partnering approach, you will have proven influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate best practice and HR principles.
