**The role**

We have an amazing new role that sits in the Strategy & Analytics team of ahm. You will have the opportunity to make your mark, delivering actionable insights and an integrated view of performance.

We are looking for a Strategy Analyst who can partner with our teams and support them in achieving ahm’s business goals.

**Where you can add value**

So, what will you be doing, you ask? Here’s what your day to day might look like:

- Creating and developing scope of strategic initiatives
- Building knowledge of market trends, competitors and customers to enable you to act as a centre of ahm excellence in these areas
- You will seek to embed and transfer the ‘strategy-toolkit’ IP to other functional ahm teams as required
- Exhibiting deep Enterprise thinking that promotes holistic decision-making and act as a key ‘agent-for-change’ within ahm
- Utilising insights and analysis to enable strategy delivery and managing the execution, measurement and refinement of complex, high-impact projects

**Now, who are you?**

Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou are someone who thrives in dealing with ambiguity and use issue-based problem solving and other strategy frameworks to define and structure recommendations.

You may have worked in Management Consulting and/or in an in-house Strategy team in a large corporate organisation and might be qualified with a business related degree.

You’re a little bit obsessive about data and enjoy working with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and are familiar with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Tableau.

You might be known as a self starter who can manage competing stakeholders, time, and priorities effectively. You are analytical and your problem-solving ability is one of your strengths. Your approach to work is innovative and collaborative.

It goes without saying that you will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to structure a story and communicate with clarity and precision to influence Executive audiences.
